System hiccups?

Is it just me, or has there been a bit of a problem accessing the O/T forum again in the last few minutes? Happened last night too.

No problems accessing it but in the past 2 days I've had 2 upload posts rejected
Ended up back at having to log in again and of course like all literary dunces I was writing off the top of my head and had no recall of what I had written once my rage had disappeared

Yes, sometimes very slow to load, othertimes getting inaccesible message.

One good side of it is seeing the "unable to access phorum" message.
