yeah, they set themselves targets, miss all of them & still get hefty bonus
payments. crozier lifted a cool ?300k.
they also set posties targets but if they miss them there is no bonus payments for them only threats of diciplinary action.
typical of modern british management, reward the top dogs for failure & blame/punish the workforce for management failures, mad thatchers policies are alive & thriving.
