Gonzo is usually filmed by a participant with (real or, more usually pretended interaction from the filming male- e.g.Ben Dover. Industryb shorthand seeems to be, nowadays: anyhthing goes. This to me, 4WIW, is amateur.
MILF is US-standard (inherently meaningless) for Mothers I'd Like to Fuck- could be anybody (as in Motherfuckers) but originally applied to 'mature' ladies.

MILF is apparently an abreviation from the US:

Moms I'd Like to Fuck. As other posts on the subject have suggested, it's now a term used for "mature" models---ie girls over 20!

Gonzo I could only make a guess at the meaning, but it seems to involve scenarios where film-makers involve "amateur" models in everyday sets---their homes, hotels, the back of vans---and proceed to give them the works. Not considered a success unless the girl is called a filthy slut a few times, and has spunk deposited on her by at least two men and preferably three.
