Don't throw your old B&W cartridge away until you have tried my tip about reinstalling it to see what happens. I did that again yesterday with my colour cartridge and its showing as Full again.

The Tandy store where I bought my printer from tried to feed me the bullshit line
"When the cartridge runs dry its more economical to just by a new printer"
I know new cartridges can be expensive but as much as a printer....Bollocks
