Epson C62 stylus info needed

I have just installed a black cart, as all I want to do is print out some letters, but the slag wont have it, keeps saying colour cart not correctly installed, do I need to install both for it to work? may sound silly but I rarley print shit out, and have a poor edukashun, and could'nt afford a black cart

Stick it in, if not you might be stuffed.

I went to that computer fair yesterday and a new b/w cart will cost ?18. Fuck that.
One of those refil jobs cost ?12 but I'm not sure if the ink will clog up my printer.

Go to START - CONTROL PANEL - PRINTER (& FAX) and check your settings.
Where's Buttsie when you need him.

Arnie, go into Control panel, select printers, right click on the epsom, then select properties, select the monochrome option, then click apply, also dont forget to set the epsom as your defailt printer, should have a little black tick next to it....if it is taliking in portugese you have probably installed that language by mistake, go into tools then text options, then set to English/American, or sometimes western.
