pensions.

my mothers state pension is paid in to her bank for years newcastle wrote to me im march for acopy of the power of attorney i have send it to them thet wrote back said they were satisfied today i recieved another letter for the documents to be signed by a solicitor.,it never ends.

Sounds like they want certified copies of your documents.

It depends on the specifics, but in many cases you can pop to your local Police station with both originals and copies of documents and they will certify your documents for free.

A lot cheaper than the average solicitor or public notary.

OMG this is spooky.
I recently had to send a certified copy of my Passport to a financial institution in the UK. I took 2 photocopies along to a local solicitor and he did the biz. for NZ$5.
I sent one off and kept one in case I needed to do that again.
I have now heard from the institution that they have received a photocopy of the solicitor's certified copy. Wtf is going on?

yes but these idiots keep writing to me asking for different things like i dont know questions like i dont know answers.
