As far as I'm aware, drugs haven't been decriminalised, so where are the TV execs getting the dreadful stuff that induces them to approve such mindless shite?

Hmmm, I don't know, what about all the bad brains who watch Big Brother and read the Currant Bun? Though, admittedly, I can't see a series about vicars and congregations having the same popular pull as a banal one about chavs sitting round acting lairy and pretentious middleclass tossers sitting round with them and acting like, well, acting like pretentious middleclass tossers.
