Only one man could play Officer Dibble, the Chavs' nemesis, in such a movie. But sadly Charles Hawtrey is no longer with us.

The definition is ?a young person, often without a high level of education, who follows a particular fashion.?

Good choice but only for the Musical
Martin Clunes could be a candidate given his obvious talents in men behaving badly
Of course in America its really got to be Ed O'Neil
