Anyone having to go to somethign called the Celebrity Awards to prove they're a celebrity isn't.
ITV plumbs even greater depths of banality. With Sky, you need a satellite dish; with digital, a box. ITV requires only proof of a recent lobotomy.

I am afraid to say that anyone can be a celebratory - as long as you are willing to make an absolute nob of yourself on tv you can have your 5 minutes of fame !
