Recommend a chat client

Am looking for a chat client which will allow me to have mutliple chat programs and accounts within each chat program open at the one time - so for example I have 2 x msn accounts, 1 x yahoo messenger and 2 x ICQ accounts and I want to have them all open and active under one umbrella product. Only one I know of is Trillian but its a bit shit - anyone else know of any others?
