She apeared in a video 'Winter Girls Volume 1, no.2' (1995/96) released by Northern & Shell - 18 cert (Video now deleted)
She is also known as Kookie.
Think your right she did apear on James Whale's radio show on TV in the early-mid 90's.

2 of them you can buy on-line at Bensons-World, the 3rd one is deleted, so it would be hard to find unless you find a second hand copy of it in a ex-rental video seller type shop.
