If you have the right equipment, they can be transferred to anything!
I love md's, got players in 2 cars, they're cheap, sound good, and they're smaller than cd's and don't scratch making them an ideal substitue for tapes, u can fit hundreds in door pockets etc.

I can't work out why they weren't more succesful as a format

is it easy to locate tracks i know the mp3 format is good can you ff wd search etc?

someone from devon did me some old radio caroline shows on mp3 format and i was really pleased with the sound very clear about 10 hrs in all but ive only heard 3 shows so far.

I find they are most efficacious when inserted just off-horizontally, into the anus, say at about 60 degrees, and withdrawn after approximately five minutes (possibly seven, if one has failed to properly correctly sterilise the orifice).
You may find it advantageous to use some form of lubricant- possibly goat's cheese, extra vergine, or DERV.
