You're being way too liberal, in my opinion.

The chances are, if the driver had caused a crash, he'd have walked away without a scratch. Selfish, stupid, ignorant arsehole.

The roads full of idiots who don't realise what havoc a vehicle can cause
and especially how much concentration is needed so you can actually react intime to any eventualities

Classic case is mobile phones...hands free seen as the answer
The truth is both are as bad as each other because any distraction while driving decreases your reactions to such a degree you might as well be drunk

Might have something to do with how they obtained their licences ie drive round the block and back?

Maybe everybody should resit their licence under todays strict conditions?

cheers

I prefere not to drink and drive, as one may hit a bump and spill some. However, I do quite enjoy my hobby of building model ships in bottles while driving. I have a mini workshop under the dash and you might see me one day driving around the city streets popping my head up occassionaly to see if I'm 'there yet'.

PS. I love wacking my door into perfectly restored TR3's and Ferrari Dino's.

I seen them on motorways trying to read these spreadsheet maps and driving at the same time.
