Below is a copyright notice from a Hj site in the States ... from what i read here is that they have copyrighted the concept of HJ pics and vids and will do you if you replicate this in any way ... i may be way off on this one but that's what it says to me

I shouldn't worry about it mick, there are loads of handjob sites out there and i really don't think they could sue for having handjob movies or pics, but i think if you used the term tugjobs or similar they might... I bet some one a long the line tried to copyright 'electronicly distibuted b/g porn' but it could never work.

I'm no copyright expert but to claim it I think you have to register it first. I doubt very much whether they have or even would be able to.

It is not possible to lay claim to generic words, but you can take action if you've developed the word/phrase yourself. An example would be anyone can sell a hamburger but only one company can sell a big mac.

Interestingly, aspirin is a generic word in the UK but a trademark in the US.

Iv,e often wondered about Mc Donalds..'I,m loving it' which they have claimed as a trade mark....
