Just another ruse to increase the budget by 20 percent...10 years...more like 50 IMHO...if you can neutralise a Tank or an Armoured Car I don't see a Robot on tracks being anymore impregnable unless its made of "Depleted Uranium"
and another thing if their so advanced then why haven't they managed to create a Robot to detect and remove Land Mines
