I was about to ask the same question....
Even if you CAN prove your allegation, I doubt this post will last long before being removed by the mods and a bold "attn. tucker_jenkins" taking its place!!

Back to the topic in hand. It would seem you are taking somebody elses grudge from the link you posted as being gospel and substantial enough to stand up in a court of law, I think not.
