Spam - worst 'titles'?

At a company I worked at once, a worker delighted in listing on the forum there some of the titles on the spam mail he got.
Needless to say, I virtually never open it, and I certainly didn't open this.
Anything more than 'normal' anal worries me.
Nevertheless, the title here did make me a laugh a little -
"FW: Shy Cum Slut Tripple Anal"
What's the worst or silliest spam / title you have received?
