To sell xxx uk porn, you must sell it from a 'lisensed' shop (40K for the license).
Is it legal to give porn vids away for free. No charge nothing, or do these still have to go through a licenced shop?
By the way, how much does it cost these days to put a two hour video tape through the film cencer board, by the way, if you put it ono dvd do you have to pay twice to get it through the film cencer board, ie once for the tape and again for the dvd?

It used to cost ?10.55 plus VAT per minute of screen time dropping to ?7.00 after the first hour. It's a pity it costs so much because I had a fantastic idea for my own range of hardcore videos but the cost put me off.

Have a look at Video Recordings Act 1984 as ammended. There are only a few types of supply which are excluded and therefor legal such as supplies to reveiwers or from producer to retailer etc.
So in theory if you registered whoever you were supplying the tapes to as professional reviewers or critics then I think that might count as an "exempted supply" but dont quote me on that. And dont blame me if I am wrong and you get nicked:.)

If I remember rightly - which is by no means guaranteed - it's "disributing", not "selling" uncertified videos which is illegal. So it's no answer when the cops bang on your door, to tell them you didn't charge any money for it.

And this is the bloke who boasts the best sex site in the UK, can I suggest that although the vast majority of people on this site would reply to anyone, that we should avoid this lowlife.
