OK at the weekend I found some films that id wanted for ages on the net. Id only ever ordered with Jaded and Your Choice before and though i was very satisfied with the service from both they didnt stock these particular titles.

Over the moon at finally finding them i wasted no time in placing my order excitedly! Then the next night i found this message board...CUE MAJOR HEART ATTACK!

Apparantley the company I have entrusted with my credit card number Excalibur are the biggest shysters of all time! Judging from the various posts Ive read here they seem to treat there UK customers with barely concealed xenophobic contempt and apparantly frequently try to scam us!

Are they really all that bad..am i right to be worried? and now theyve got my cc number what the bloody hell can i do!

No they are not shysters. They do deliver. Its just that if you order a few titles they insist on sending one per month which is a pain in the arse because if you order six titles then it takes 6 months or more for the last one too arrive. They say its to avoid customs problems but I suspect its a con because you pay postage each time. But it still works that you get each title for about ?20 so if you dont mind waiting its worth it. So yes they are slow but they will deliver eventually.

Hate to rain on your parade Magoo placed an order a month ago for 6 vids have received 5 so far.The other one Euro Impulse #02
they wanted to place on backorder(available in 3 months)told them to stick it and they did-on site said 7-10 days-false advertising.

They came in three packages and was only charged postage once.

So maybe they do hate you guys who knows the customs angle is a bit thin on the ground as we have the same restrictions on fisting,pissing,pooing even spanking.

They're not the spawn of the Devil exactly, but they can be very snotty and unhelpful if you have problems.
But yes, as M says, your pennies are safe as in mummy's (or should that be mommy's?) lap. Just be VERY patient.

i ordered three items off them...and if there gonna send them seperately im guessing thats gonna be a sh*tload of postage right? i mean california and the uk are on diffent sides of the planet ....i wish theyd let me know that first!

I guess they do hate us british after all. I feel a spot of yank bashing may be in order.

........and if each of them get hit by C&E for duty, (not very likely, though), that'll be an extra ?55.
