I spent many a happy hour looking over this sexy lady's pictures from the mid 1980's.
Did she ever do anything harder than Men Only, Mayfair etc. ?????

Not as far as I know.
She apears in this Fiona Cooper DVD 177 [2003] (Video code V586) which is probebly the same video from 1992:-
