cd inlay cards

why are they so effin tight to get out the case.
Is this a trick question?
1. The case is not the right size for the inlay card.
2. The printing firm forgot to cut the inlay card to the right shape.
3. The CD case might be a bit dodgy.
4. Its a case of If it don't fit, then don't force it.
5. Some times they make the inlay card like a book!!!..lol!!!
6. You need to be good with your fingers to be able to get it out!!
I have no idea what I have just said!! I'm clueless!!???
