I've seen and been involved in severe workplace bullying that spilled over into personal life ... when it gets to violence, court cases and worse, it can near on ruin your life.

Very Infomative and it rings true
IQ is essential but EQ is more important,just look at Dr Death
Classic case of Bullying
Just comparing past Bosses to each other and its not hard to pick out the
Dictators who only ever had 2 modes,punishment or praise but never understanding because all they were really interested in was meeting the targets so they'd get their Monthly Bonus and not get abused from their Boss who would no doubt get his/her bonus...and so on all the way up the ladder

But seriously, great site. Very helpful to anyone who is a victim of this, and I have been in the past. Most bully wankers sooner or later run them selves up against another, ' better ' bully and thus get a taste of their own medicene. It doesn't however seem to cure them. They just take it out on others.
Thank God for nice people.
( I wish I were one ! )
