It's an ambiguous word and therefore has multpile meanings.

One of those words that has taken on a multitude of meanings depending on the context it's used and the intonation in the voice. similar in a way to words like bastard, wanker and bollocks. Three words that always lead to hilarity when used by Americans because they don't quite understand the subtle differences and end up either being insulting or funny (unintentionally).

The Dutch borrowed the English word shit - and it is now universally used as an exclamation ... it's lost all it's original meaning and it's common to hear children say "shit" if they get a question wrong on a TV quiz.

To say " Hitler was a CUNT " is entirely different to saying " Ohhhh that Anna Kournikova, I wouldn't mind sucking honey out of her juicy, wet CUNT as she gasped and squirmed around on my face. "
