Website subscription - complaint

Hi,

I signed up to a website (GGG) and none of the movies work on it at all, they are all protected by DRM, however as the drm site (playadrm.com or something) has gone under, the license for these movies cannot be downloaded, so you end up with useless files on your desktop.

However knowing this they still allowed me to signup, ive gave them 2 weeks to sort it out, but they havent and wont give me any time when they will. The tickets to customer service hardly come back answered and when they do, they are of little or no help whatsoever. Ive asked them for my money back as i havent been able to view anything whatsoever. I wondered if these a website outhere where i can mention this, to stop other unfortunate people wasting there money also.

If you signed up through a legit processor such as CCBill get on to their customer services, tell them what happened and demand your money back.
You'll get a refund and the site should get their processing stopped until they sort out their problems.
