Sex Advice Please?

Naturally I have long been familiar with the fact that certain sexual practices have, for many years, been described in nationalistic terms. French style, Greek style for example.
However it came as something of a surprise to me to discover, only last night, that there might be a sexual practice named after a district of London - as my girlfriend pestered me continually for Hainault sex.
Not wishing to embarass myself by admitting ignorance in this matter and ignoring her protestations that most men in my position would think they had won the lottery, I simply refused her demands.
As you might imagine though, I am more than a little concerned that I have not heard the last of this and would respectfully ask if anyone can tell me precisely what this sexual act is?.
