A west of Scotland version of your much beloved chavscum site---and just as accurate/dishonest.

Nice haircuts...fit for a Monk ;-)

I liked the observation Stephen Fry made on Parkinson about the issue of Chavs

Which was to say...in the last 20 years, for first time in mankinds history, violence against children has been outlawed and this has ushered a golden age which has given us the CHAV

Or words to that effect...pure class

Even better was his anti-bullying tactis which might be used on the street when your about to be pollaxed

"No No NO don't hit, you'll only give me an erection"

Then again,maybe not ;-)

cheers

I've only had a cursory glance at the site, but one thing missing from the general description is that your average Ned sounds like his balls haven't dropped yet.

Love the Fry quote, Buttsie---but I think I'll let someone else try it out.

I should have put the Bully tactics into context-from his school days

As he put it "brains will always overcome braun"

Obviously having a thick skin with all the Queer jibes that followed helped as well ;-)

Missed the first series, but have been enjoying Mr Fry (and John Bird, and the lovely Zoe Telford) in Absolute Power. No doubt it helps being six and a half feet tall and rather broad, but the man has presence. Catch him as well as the erudite host on the offbeat quiz QI if it makes its way down under, mate.

Haven't seen him in anything since Black Adder as the General, although something tells me there was a series called 'lawry & fry' which I might have caught while channel surfing on our pseudo BBC,the ABC

I'll file them away for future reference, next year no doubt

Anythings got to better than that pish posh 'Little britain'

Never seen Little Britain.

Fry and Laurie were excellent in an ITV adaptation of the Jeeves And Wooster stories.

Hugh seems to have finally got himself clear of the "silly arse" character he's played for decades.

What ever you do don't even think of watching 'Little Britain'

Sketch comedy at its worst IMHO

Thats the trouble when you do anything TOO well for TOO long

Don't think I want to be recognised as Baldrick in the Street ;-)
