You just need to tweak your emule
and use the search options.
Unlike other P2Ps Mule/Donkey will find it even is its just 1 person of the millions that has it, so look how many people have it at that time, and then guess that 10 times more in total that aint online will have it, and choose wisely also check that the file has been seen complete
