It's their right to walk down that particular street and brag to the people who live their that their ancestors kicked several shades of the brown stuff out of the residents' ancestors.
Let's introduce it in Paris to commemorate Waterloo or Trafalgar, or on VE Day a whole bunch of Yanks, Russians and Brits can march through Berlin singing about Hitler's single bollock.
