But how do we judge a sleeve? Primarily it's there to successfully sell/promote/represent the artist via a suitable aesthetic sensibility. Thus:

Shania Twain: Come On Over
The Sex Pistols: Never Mind The Bollocks
Meat Loaf: Bat Out Of Hell

They look nothing like each other - and rightly so, but each does its job with perfection.
