postal orders

i bought a item off ebay paid via postal order seller said never recieved it;istill have the 2 counterfoils ;never had any problems b4.

If low value probably easier to bite the bullet and pay again. Doubt any Seller with half a brain will bank a postal order and then say it didn't arrive, whats his FB like? If you do nothing you will end up getting negged as a NPB.
You could try the PO and see if they do refunds as they have lost the PO in the post.
On Ebay I accept PO's but prefer them uncrossed as it is hassle going to the bank to pay them in and recommend for peace of mind the Buyer sends them recorderd delivery.

I send ANY payments on ebay recorded delivery to ensure they got it

makes ebay and everyone instantly take urside

and also can be insured with royalmail too

just go back to the p.o you bought them from with your counterfoils and tell them what has happened they will be able to tell you if they have been cashed or not and also put a stop on them being cashed as everything is computerised now at your local friendy p.o
