Removing My Contact Details From Mailing Lists

I recently ordered a DVD from a company outside the UK and so far I've received two of their catalogues. When the first one arrived I emailed them asking for my name and address to be removed from their mailing list then yesterday the second catalogue arrived so I emailed again. Does anyone know if my details will be removed from their list and the catalogues stop or will the company continue to ignore my emails? Thanks.

Sorry to appear sarcastic but you might as well as ask us what numbers are going to come up on the Lottery.
After all, you havn't even given the name of the company so other forumites might comment from their own experience.

Marts right.
Say what company it is and others on here can give you there opinions if they have bought from that company.

Try emailing them again as they usually do remove you from their lists if you ask them to.
If they don't do it after the 2nd time when you politely ask them to stop sending them, then email them a third time and on that occasion then be a bit stronger in how you put it.
Email the
complaints@britishporn.org address

I would try the good old fashioned method of writing to them & posting it. I wrote to 'Your Choice' years ago & asked them to stop sending my monthly catalogues (cos I moved house & didn't know whether the new occupant was a perv too), & they stopped straight away.
These days of course there is no need for a catalogue, just have a look on-line.
