A slight bit of confusion here.
I have a link to a Lycos site, but it only really works when typed into the address bar in lower case.
Anyone have any ideas as to why this might be happening?
This isn't happening on only one PC, it's happening on quite a few.

I may be totally wrong, certain 1 of the experts will correct me if I am and hope they do but I think it is down to the name registered with the server.
Most use lower case to do it.

URL's are case sensitive on UNIX servers, which is why all the names of all files and folders on a website should be written in lowercase along with the URL itself. You can then migrate from Windows to UNIX without any problems.

Thanks for your input guys.
I've spoken to a total "Techie" and he's confirmed that the link should be lower case.
I just hope that the next time it gets posted all the "clever" people who read it will also notice....
"The link will only work in lower case" typed below it
