it was a hound! jumped three out about five lengths in front and then somehow contrived to throw the race away - got nailed late on by a horse who looked beat!
this beast should be joining best mate!

I gave up on horses a while back as there's too many scams going on and way too many "non-triers".

Get into sports betting. It's easier and more profitable.

There is no such thing as a dead cert in horse racing. I too have been betting the last few months and yes there are horses held back and scams etc.

If your in gambling to make money you have to either be very good at what you do(counting cards at blackjack is the only sure way I know untill you get tossed out)or born with the devils own luck

folks, racing in this country isnt as bad as u may think. yes there are scams and horses not running to their abilities i.e on the wrong ground, over the trip etc etc.
but if you use common sense then you can make money out of this game. Value is the key. Bet when u think everything is in your favour.
I hand time a lot of races. And i'll back my judgement. I also price everything up in my head - if something is bigger than i believe it should be then i double my bet.
I do bet on sports but i'm not too keen on it. The original william hill said "never bet on anything that talks" and i kinda agree with him.
And racing isnt the only sport to be corrupted by betting - footy ref in germany exposed!
where ever there is money there will always be someone trying to make a fast buck!
Dont give up on it lads - it's better than working for a living!
