Kids are brought up with no discipline today, if they attack you and you grab hold of them to defend yourself you will be arrested. As soon as one of the little thugs kills someone, they are surrounded by social workers who say the problem is not with the little bleeder but down to video games/tv/films, society in general, not having mothers milk etc etc and the poor kiddie is then put in nice secure accomodation complete with full access to video games/tv and taken out by said social worker to films, concerts, foreign holidays etc for a couple of years before they are cured and put out into a paid for flat with a job found for them and pocket money until their first wages.

Until the victim is thought more of than the aggressor there will be no change. The Government waffle on about law and order but do nothing to improve it, lets try the Singapore style for a while.

Another case yesterday when a girl was attacked at school by 5 kids who stabbed her through the eye with a pair of scissors, Teachers couldn't stop them because they were engaged stopping another fight!

I've no doubt the usual anti identity card, anti 90 day custody, human rights brigade will now have their say slating any any suggestion that we get tough with the little thugs but the softly, softly approach is not working.

Hardly a boy, Steve. But a piece of lowlife scum all the same---and whose father tried to cover up for him. Sorry, but family or no family, unless the circumstances are very unusual, if I have proof someone killed or badly hurt or raped someone else, they are shopped.

Was he covering for the boy or covering for himself....I mean how many will look at him and say what a bad parent he must be. I know i know it may not be his fault but people are people.

Sometimes selfishness and panic far outway any other reasoning.
