Anyone down south had dealings with this electricity company-I recently changed over,and wish I hadn't.

Bills come in,no meter reading,nearly three as much as the previous year,and the statement contain no dates for what you are paying for..and the fatal thing is,they go under a box number.They don't answer mail.Just pay up,or else.

Thinking of return to my old company.They made more sense.

been with british gas for years but when i moved flats i recieved a letter from them asking me to switch but never did.

I changed to London Energy and don't have any problems ... I get proper bills for gas and electricity, with readings on. I can also check accounts online and submit my own readings. They are a lot cheaper than Npower. ... I pay by Direct Debit.
