70s American TV shows that stand up well nowadays

Unfortunately, most don't. Many have been re-released on DVD, and some make me squirm as they were excellent when I was 14-17. Charlies Angels for the wank factor alone is worth a mention, but Six Million Dollar Man, Happy Days etc are poor by todays standards.
Why was Quincy prime time viewing? Its crap.
There's only early Starsky and Hutch (first 2 seasons) and The Rockford Files that stand the test of time, repeats of Rockford Files are on BBC2 on saturday afternoon.
Any other suggestions...........oh, this is AMERICAN shows, so no SUPERIOR shows like The Sweeney need to be mentioned

Yes, Kojak was excellent Buttsie, the re-runs are still worth a watch.
Ving Rhimes plays Kojak now, its pretty good too.
Welcome Back Kotter probably isn't know here, I saw it in Hong Kong, worth it just to see what Travolta looks like slim.

Baretta was another 'gritty' drama for its time, but looks dated now....worth seeing Robert Blake alone who was brilliant in 'Electra Glide in Blue', and more famous for getting off killing his wife
