Given that was round 1 with 2 more to follow a 2 vote win with the majority of the polticians not voting hardly sounds like a resounding success
Its a brave stance in that its the lesser of 2 evils
Prohibiton or Legalisation of an illegal activity
I guess it just depends on wether you believe copyright theft can ever be eradicated completely
Would be interesting to see how many users would stop using P2Ps if their use was somehow linked to their internet bill
