Anyone know of an address (or web page) for this company? I think they may also be called Pheonix.

The address for Phoenix in the links section is different to the address I've got in the leaflet from Target.

Marcus is right - T'fuck with Target! At least one of the principals has proved to be a charlatan, and worse!
Pheonix is now defuct - due to problems created by industry charlatans.
The Insider - He knows the SP.
