Regardless of whether Banks was a "Granny Smith" in a basket of poisoness Crab Apples, to choose any self-serving politician over a creative musician is terrible (even a member of Genesis)

The bad news is it seems to be the half-decent Labour politicians that are dropping off (Banks, Mowlam, Cook) and not the vermin (of which there are many...Blair, Brown, Mandleson, Blunkett, Straw... I could go on and on but I won't).

I agree absolutely Ace, I'm glad someone else has said it, Prog Rock is total shite, period.
We went to the Heiniken free festival on Leeds a few years ago, loads of top bands and singers were on, over four days, like Pulp, Shane Magowan, Kirsty Macoll, Souixe and the Banshee's. Those acts were all packed, but on one of the nights Mike and the Mechanics were performing, the audience consisted of about four people and a dog, and the Look North reporter who saved a lot of time and energy for a lot of people by reporting how empty it was.
Prog rock is for people who can't dance.
