All the football fans on the forum...Anyone got thoughts on saturday's City - utd clash? Obviously biased but I reckon City will edge it this time.

Has Robbie Fowler still got it ? i like to think so , or maybe too much too young . I'm unbiased being a mighty reds follower , 25+ years and they go from bad to worse . JJ .

Not sure if Fowler will start. He'll definitely make an appearance though. To be honest I think it will be a close one. Rooney's definitely a major threat - just hope we're not on the receiving end of one his volleys!

I suppose i'll be shouting the blues on , seeing the old skipper is in charge . No doubt he'll be charging up and down the touchline , he likes his footy does Stuart . JJ .

I'd like to see City win, but with that defence---and Calamity in goal---I can't see it.

I'd like to see City win but Utd usually win the big games and I think they'll win this one as well. I hope I'm wrong though.

As for Fowler then I don't think it was too much too young. He was never the same player after he did his ankle ligaments (and was out for 8 months) in a Mersey derby. He may have lost a step as a result of that injury but I don't think that was the problem.

He never had the same desire when he came back and the theory was that in those 8 months he took stock of his life and he realised he made his money. Basically the fire in him didn't burn as it once did.

Shame really as Fowler was a fantastic talent.

Having watched "Green Street" and now knowing everything about soccer I'm keen to know which Manchester club has the best "Firm" and wether or not it will "Go Off." Also would Millwall United win in a fight with the SAS or King Kong or something else REALLY hard?

No chance! Barton to score first! Van Nistlerooy usually gets clattered by Dunnie monster! Unfortunately though, I think Rooney will score too. 2-1 for the mighty Blues! !bow!
