The comic adventures of a Black Country stalker (Frank Skinner) and the object of his desire (Jennifer Ellison). Come on someone, make it.
It'll give Skinner something to do, rather than girn inanely. Actually, girning inanely may be called for during the "can you hear me wanking" scene. !shocked!

I was thinking that, given the material, the proposed front man and the fact that it hasn't had a sitcom success in ages, ITV would jump at the chance.
As for your suggestion that you need a relative already there to get a job at the Beeb .... if you've got one relative there, then the rest are almost certain to be.
