Do they shoot the same scene twice for a R18?

If there is a soft and hard version of the same movie, say the Liquid Gold ones, do they actualy shoot the movie twice, once for the soft and the second time for the R18?

They can't be using more than 1 camera, who can explain this?

One Eyed Jack shoots twice. Though on other productions, they have two cameras to shoot at the same time.
