Mature Mama Meltdown

I keep seeing previews for this show on the 10m inute freeview of Reh Hot Wives, but have never seen this programme shceduled.....anyone know when this is being shown?
This is not the only one that Red Hot (well, luke warm really) have advertised without, so far, it being shown.
Aside from the EPG and Ananova (which tell you next to nothing anyway), is there any way to find out scheduled programmes in advance?
And how do you find out what is on Spice (the tepid one) and Private Girls as well?
