Are Fionacooper.com reliable?

Intending to place an order for 3 vids, are they reliable at all, whats delivery time and has anyone ordered from them recently?
Any help you can give will be appreciated

I've personally never had anything but good service from FC. It depends on what ordering method you use, but I have received videos within 3 days via the web and 7 days via post.
