I also think that Stefan ought to avoid those MMF situations.
You see, I've always felt there is more than a little gayness going on in MMF action. That is to say that, if he and I had a bird in the "spit-roast" position, I would find myself wondering if he had his attention fully focused on what he was doing to her rather than on what she was doing to me.
Likewise if, for example, she were to be in the reverse cowgirl position with him and I were then to come knocking on her back door, I would be in no position to know whether he was minding his own business or poking his nose into my affairs.
Furthermore, if I had her in the cowgirl position and he were to visit the tradesman's entrance, I would be in a turmoil over whether he was about to become a next door neighbour or an unwanted houseguest.
