A figurehead of the British National Party was named yesterday as the creator of a homosexual pornographic film.

Richard Barnbrook, architect of the party's successful local election campaign in Barking and Dagenham, produced and directed HMS Discovery, A Love Story, when he was a student in 1989. It is said to depict flagellation and men clawing each other.

Mr Barnbrook was one of 11 BNP candidates elected and takes up his post as leader of the opposition this week. He said last night: "It was an art film, end of story. It was not a bloody porn film."

You are well lost. Ever read the BNP's policy on gays or porn (gay or hetero)? The BGAFD or the business wouldn't survive a BNP govt, that's for sure.

Er - by reading their website. Duh.

That the individual members of the BNP bash their staffs red, white and blue to porn (gay or otherwise) is irrelevant. The policies of the party, however, are full of "return to decency" hogwash and include very clear views on how people should behave sexually (homosexuality, mixed-race relationships etc) and specify what they intend to ban if they were to come to power (all porn=rape so should be banned). Drivel, but dangerous drivel. Which is why I think it's hilarious that a handful of BNP supporters/sympathisers post here - on a website dedicated to British Porn.
