Sometimes peoples posts get deleted because of a connected response so it may not always be your fault.
But don't you hate it when a whole topic gets the chop. I'm a nosy bugger and I'd love to know why the recent one from our transatlantic "friend" got the heave-ho.

I for one am starting to deeply regret all the cruel, uncaring jibes I've lobbed in Brerbear's direction. Making fun of his "petition" when he only wanted to help. OK, 27 signatures was a bit pathetic - but he cared enough to do it, OK! Is he to be condemned and laughed at for trying, for showing his feelings?
He's a human being with failings like the rest of us. Is that a reason to slap a man when he's down?
No! Let's all rally together and give him a loving group hug in this, his hour of need.
To let him know we care.
