Wendy, I am sending you a cheque and sae. Its almost 90% certain that I wont be able to get there on that date. Unless family comittments change but I still wish to support the event and the effort you have put in. So hopefully there will be another next year which I can attend.

Also is there a dress code? I am a jeans and trainers sort of bloke normally. Although I did make the effort at the last funeral I attended...I wore a black t-shirt, jeans and my trusty old black trainers.

If theres only a 10 % chance of you going maybe you should unreserve your cell at the local nick eh!!

I think that a webcam is a great idea. I would even host it.

Freebies? Can't see anyone objecting to that Phil! I don't believe the bar has a dress code but I would suggest smart casual. A webcam sounds like far too much hard work.
