Strictly speaking 3.7.11 states that it is the the posting of links or directions to pages or web sites which contain images of said subjects which are out of bounds, rather than just discussion.
But in practice these subjects are generally not welcomed by the mods in case of the risk they might "cause offence or be in breach of UK law".
