LOOKING FOR HUMAN RIGHTS SOLICITORS

I looking for a legal expert. It is my contention that my rights under Article 10 ECHR are being denied: As an artist and film-maker I cannot challenge the status quo without being in breach of the VRA 1984. In the past I have been convicted under the OPA and lived in fear of making images of consenting adults. Fear of my door being smashed down by members of he Obscene Publications squad looking for images of erect penises!
Times have changed and the filmmaker is no longer given a trial under the Obscene Publications Act where a jury may find you not guilty of producing an article under the Obscene Publications Act-as I was in 1983. Now the fear of retribution by an authoritarian state is returning. The imminent introduction of the extreme pornography bill is only the thin end of the wedge and I predict that it will censor a lot more filmmakers than is imagined by those in the profession.
My instincts as a radical artist are to make a film of consenting adults on an SM theme in order to challenge censorship for adults. A subplot would involve a Lolita theme which in the present hysteria against sexy young girls
would I think result in my prosecution. With this in mind I am intending to move to another European state ( I went to Holland for five years 1993-98) to avoid the thought police.
The Censor ordered a thirteen second dialogue cut in Neighbours, starring Angel Long: "When I was a little girl men used to say things like. "Your a pretty little girl and try to grope me" ." This censorship of realism is unacceptable in a so called democracy, and to make this film I have to leave the country of my birth, unless I have a legal expert to protect my rights.
Mike Freeman.
